With more than 32 years of expertise in teaching and research within the field of engineering, I am committed to guiding this institution toward new heights of success and academic distinction.
My journey as an educator and administrator has given me the opportunity to contribute to the academic and research development of numerous students and scholars. As a recognized Supervisor of Anna University, I have mentored 9 Ph.D. scholars to successful completion at Anna University, Chennai, and served as a Doctoral Committee member for 19 Ph.D. research scholars. My research portfolio includes 46 international publications, and I have authored 7 textbooks widely used in academia.

I have been fortunate to lead several key initiatives throughout my career, including securing research funding from reputable organizations like AICTE, DST, DRDO, and CSIR for projects. Additionally, I have played a crucial role in accreditation processes, spearheading NBA accreditation four times, NAAC accreditation twice, and contributing extensive experience in autonomous accreditation processes, ensuring our programs meet high national and international standards.
I have also contributed to curriculum development as a member and chairman of various Boards of Studies. My professional memberships with ISTE, IE, ISHRAE, SAE, and IWS reflect my deep engagement with the engineering community.
